The employees at the park stole my phone. I went to loat and found on five different occasions and they told me that's nothing that they could do.
The phone was right on the other side at the gate and they kept telling me that they couldn't get it, but to wait till the next day so they can retrieve it. This kept going on for a week until I pinged my phone on icloud and it said it was outside the park. I called the park and they said there was nothing they could do. No video surveillance, nothing.
They did nothing.
Brand new phone. They took pictures of the phone on the ground too so they could see that it wasn't that far from the gate, just out of arms reach.

On Thursday 10/05/2023, I made a purchase for two tickets in the amount of $125.00. I also purchased "FANSHIELD" which cost $10.95, and should assist with getting a refund if need be.
I realized on Friday I was to get a season pass and not tickets. I called and spoke with "ASH" in the support center. She stated refunds were not usually given, however since I was purchasing a season pass for $82.00, Six Flags would refund me the $125.00. She stated the support center needed proof of purchase of the season pass prior to my refund, once the purchase is made per ASH, I would have to email my order number to her.
Six Flags has deducted $217.00 and has failed to send me an order number, and/or proof of purchase of a season pass. My callback number is (678) 431-****.
I need to hear from someone today in regard to my refund. I don't have money to give away.

Extremely difficult to even speak to someone. Tried to cancel online several times and their system kept saying my email wasnt recognized.
It slipped my mind a few times that the fee was still coming out of my account because I WORK and cant play phone tag. After scouring the Internet for nearly an hour and trying every number that popped up, I finally got a live person on the phone that gave me a customer service number to call. I sat on hold waiting to speak with someone for another 35 minutes and she walked me through how to cancel without my email. Funny thing about that is as soon as I canceled, I received a cancellation email which means my email was on file!!!
I asked her if there was someone else I could speak with that could accommodate the inconvenience of this whole fiasco, she replied no and proceeded to coach me off the phone and tell me how my daughter could continue to go to the park until next month. ARE YOU SERIOUS???
Six Flags will never see another penny out of me. Worst customer Ive received in a long time.

You were careless did not hang on to your phone. NO ONE owes you a thing.
Obviously you are just a small child and your parents bought the phone for you. Have you told them you lost your phone yet? You should. The sooner you tell them the less angry they will be.
I hope they are not too hard on you. But in the same time, since you are too young to be responsible, they owe you NOTHING.
Let this be a lesson to you to hang on to your belongings. Not their fault you are careless.
They admitted that they damaged the phone and lied about the employee stealing it to get a free phone. But even if that was not the case no one owes them anything. They were careless.
Anyways I guess I should not have taken the phone to the shower with me. I just put it on the side of the tub.
I got a message and went to check on it. My phone got wet. It cost $1400. I was hoping that if I lied and said that Six Flags stole my phone, that they would replace it.
Turns out even if it was their fault they would not replace it. I never lost my phone.
It was never stolen. I lied.

You lost your phone because you were careless and irresponsible. I hope your parents were not too angry, after all they spent $1400 on a phone you carelessly lost.
The phone was in the parks care, the employees saw it, they kept coming up with excuses and they stole it. They knew where it was and they even took a picture of it.
And I don't know where you got the idea that my parents bought it. Be better and yes the park is responsible for that phone and the 1400$.

Actually if you read their policy it clearly states that unattended items will be considered abandoned and will be discarded.
You are basically a child. No 6 year old is able to afford a $1400 phone, Even if they could a parent would need to be there with them to sign the contract.
